Comparison review
Xperia XZ Premium has a score of 79.8, which is a bit better than Asus ROG Phone 8's general score of 79.5. The Xperia XZ Premium design is somewhat thinner and lighter than the Asus ROG Phone 8, despite of the fact that it was released 7 years before. Xperia XZ Premium features a much better hardware performance than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
Xperia XZ Premium has a bit more vivid screen than Asus ROG Phone 8, because although it has a little smaller screen and much less brightness, it also counts with a way better amount of pixels per screen inch and a way better 2160 x 3840 resolution. Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a very superior camera than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a way higher video quality, a back facing camera with lot more MP, a larger diafragm aperture to take better images in low-light environments and a lot bigger back camera sensor.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. The Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a very superior battery performance than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a 70% more battery capacity.
