Xperia XZ Premium is a little bit better than the HTC One M9, with a general score of 79.8 against 77.7. The Xperia XZ Premium body is noticeably newer and somewhat thinner, but heavier than the HTC One M9. The HTC One M9 features a bit better processing unit than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have 8 cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64-bit processor and an extra GPU.
