Comparison review
Xperia XZ Premium is a bit better than LG Q8, with a 79.8 score against 77.2. The Xperia XZ Premium is a much heavier device than the LG Q8, but they are equally thin. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium features a little better performance than LG Q8, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium also has a higher number of cores.
The Xperia XZ Premium has a more vivid display than LG Q8, because it has a little bit bigger display, a way better 2160 x 3840 pixels resolution, a brighter display and a better pixel number in each screen inch. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium captures a little bit better photos and videos than LG Q8, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low light photography and videos, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same video quality, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium also counts with a bigger back camera sensor shooting better quality videos and pictures and a better 19 mega-pixels resolution back camera.
LG Q8 counts with a better storage for apps and games than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1,95 TB. Sony Xperia XZ Premium counts with just a little better battery life than LG Q8, because it has an 8 percent more battery size.
