Comparison review
Xperia XZ Premium has a score of 79.8, which is just a bit better than OnePlus 8 Pro's overall score of 77.2. Although the Xperia XZ Premium is notably older than the OnePlus 8 Pro, it's body is a bit lighter and just a little bit thinner. OnePlus 8 Pro features a little bit better processing power than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM.
Xperia XZ Premium has a little bit better screen than OnePlus 8 Pro, because although it has a little smaller screen and much worse brightness, it also counts with a lot greater screen pixels density and a better resolution of 2160 x 3840. Sony Xperia XZ Premium features a little bit better storage to install applications and games than OnePlus 8 Pro, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 256 GB.
The OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a superior camera than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a larger diafragm aperture, a much larger back-facing camera sensor capturing way better quality photographs, higher 60 fps video frame rate and a way more MP back-facing camera.
