Sony Xperia XZ Premium is slightly better than the OnePlus 9, having a 79.8 score against 76. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium body is a bit lighter and a bit thinner than OnePlus 9, even though it was released 4 years before. OnePlus 9 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the OnePlus 9 also has a larger amount of RAM.
Sony Xperia XZ Premium counts with a much sharper display than OnePlus 9, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels and much more pixels per inch in the display. OnePlus 9 shoots much better videos and photos than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a way larger camera sensor shooting much better quality photographs and videos, a lot more MP back facing camera, a bigger diafragm aperture to take better photos in low-light situations and a way better video quality.
The OnePlus 9 features a way better battery life than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3230mAh.
