Samsung Galaxy A34 has an overall score of 82.9, which is a little bit better than the Xperia XZ Premium's 79.8 global score. Samsung Galaxy A34's construction is noticeably lighter and noticeably thinner than Xperia XZ Premium. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a much more vibrant display than Samsung Galaxy A34, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a way higher 2160 x 3840 pixels resolution and a way better screen density.
Galaxy A34 features a bit more powerful CPU than Xperia XZ Premium. They have the same number of cores and 4 GB of RAM. The Xperia XZ Premium counts with a much better memory capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A34, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Xperia XZ Premium also has an external memory card slot that supports up to 256 GB.
Xperia XZ Premium takes slightly better photographs and videos than Galaxy A34, although it has a much less megapixels resolution back camera, a smaller back-facing camera sensor shooting lower quality photos and a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for capturing pictures or video in poorly lited situations.
Galaxy A34 has a superior battery duration than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3230mAh.
