Comparison review
The Xperia XZ Premium is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, getting a 79.8 score against 76.3. Despite being the best in our current comparison, Xperia XZ Premium's construction is a lot heavier and somewhat thicker than Samsung Galaxy Alpha. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium features a much sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a bigger display, a much better resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels and much more pixels per inch of screen.
The Xperia XZ Premium has a much greater memory for games and applications than Galaxy Alpha, because it has an external memory card slot that allows up to 256 GB and 64 GB internal storage capacity. Samsung Galaxy Alpha and Xperia XZ Premium have extremely similar processors, because although the Samsung Galaxy Alpha has lesser RAM and a lower number of cores , it also counts with an extra GPU.
Xperia XZ Premium counts with a superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 3230mAh battery size. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium shoots clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video definition, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium also has a lot better resolution back facing camera and a larger aperture.
