The Galaxy M13 is a bit better than the Sony Xperia XZ Premium, having an 81.1 score against 79.8. Galaxy M13's construction is extremely newer than Sony Xperia XZ Premium's, although it's a little heavier and a little bit thicker. The Samsung Galaxy M13 has a little bit better performance than Xperia XZ Premium. Both of them have a 4 GB RAM and the same number of cores.

Xperia XZ Premium counts with an incredibly better looking screen than Galaxy M13, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a way better resolution of 2160 x 3840 and a lot better pixel quantity per screen inch. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium counts with a much better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy M13, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium also has a SD memory slot that admits up to 256 GB.

The Sony Xperia XZ Premium takes better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy M13, although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for low-light photography and a way less mega-pixels resolution back facing camera. The Samsung Galaxy M13 features a way better battery duration than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a 55 percent more battery size.
