Xperia XZ Premium has a general score of 79.8, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Note3's 77.7 overall score. Xperia XZ Premium's body is much newer and just a bit thinner, but heavier than the Galaxy Note3. Xperia XZ Premium counts with an incredibly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Note3, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a way better resolution of 2160 x 3840px and a lot better count of pixels per screen inch.
