Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a general score of 83, which is slightly better than Xperia XZ Premium's general score of 79.8. Despite being the best in this review, we must note that it is also just a bit heavier and just a little thicker. Xperia XZ Premium features a brighter display than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better 2160 x 3840px resolution and a way better display pixel density.
Galaxy Note8 counts with as much memory to store more games and applications as the Sony Xperia XZ Premium, both of them have equal internal memory capacity and a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 256 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Note8's processing unit is just as good as the Xperia XZ Premium one, and although the Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a higher amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
Galaxy Note8 counts with just a bit better battery life than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a 2 percent more battery size. Xperia XZ Premium features a slightly better camera than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for taking pictures or videos in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Xperia XZ Premium also counts with a back-facing camera with a much better resolution and a larger sensor capturing higher quality pictures.
