The Samsung Galaxy S20 has an overall score of 94.8, which is much better than Xperia XZ Premium's score of 79.8. Samsung Galaxy S20 is a lighter cellphone than the Xperia XZ Premium, but they are equally thin. Xperia XZ Premium has a sharper display than Galaxy S20, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2160 x 3840px and a greater display pixel density.
