The Sony Xperia 1 III has a general score of 93.3, which is much better than the Sony Xperia XZ Premium's overall score of 79.8. The Sony Xperia 1 III body is a lot newer and just a bit lighter, but just a bit thicker than the Sony Xperia XZ Premium. Xperia XZ Premium features a brighter display than Xperia 1 III, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a slightly higher 2160 x 3840 resolution and a bit more pixels per display inch.
Xperia 1 III counts with a way bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB and 256 GB internal memory capacity. Xperia 1 III has a bit better CPU than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xperia 1 III also has a greater amount of RAM.
