Xiaomi Black Shark has a general score of 80.4, which is a little bit better than Sony Xperia XZ Premium's general score of 79.8. Xiaomi Black Shark's design is newer and just a bit lighter, but also thicker than Sony Xperia XZ Premium. Xperia XZ Premium features a much better looking screen than Xiaomi Black Shark, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a much better pixel density, more brightness and a much higher resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels.
The Xiaomi Black Shark features a bit more powerful processor than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have 8 cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark also has more RAM. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium features a little bit better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Black Shark, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
The Xiaomi Black Shark counts with better battery performance than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity against 3230mAh. Xperia XZ Premium features a bit better camera than Xiaomi Black Shark, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rate, the Xperia XZ Premium also counts with a back camera with much more mega-pixels and a lot bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
