Comparison review
The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro is just a bit better than the Xperia XZ Premium, having an 80.5 score against 79.8. Xiaomi Note 7 Pro is a newer and just a little lighter cellphone than the Xperia XZ Premium, but it is also just a little bit thicker. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium features just a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cores.
Sony Xperia XZ Premium features an incredibly better screen than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 2160 x 3840 and a way better pixel number per inch of display. Xiaomi Note 7 Pro shoots much clearer videos and photos than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro also has a much better 48 MP resolution back-facing camera, a larger aperture for better low-light photography and a larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a slightly better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB. Xiaomi Note 7 Pro counts with better battery life than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3230mAh.
