Comparison review
The HTC U11 is a bit better than the Sony Xperia XZ, having a global score of 77.6 against 73.5. Even though HTC U11 and the Sony Xperia XZ were released with only 8 months difference, HTC U11's construction is a bit heavier but also just a bit thinner. The HTC U11 has a bit better performance than Xperia XZ, because it has a greater number of cores and a higher amount of RAM.
The HTC U11 counts with a slightly better display than Xperia XZ, because it has a better 1440 x 2560 resolution, a higher quantity of pixels per screen inch and a bit larger display. Xperia XZ takes a bit better photographs and videos than HTC U11, because although it has a tinier camera aperture, and they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rates, the Xperia XZ also counts with a back facing camera with much more mega-pixels and a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking higher quality videos and photographs.
The HTC U11 counts with a greater storage capacity for games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 128 GB against 256 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory. The HTC U11 has just a little better battery duration than Xperia XZ, because it has a 3000mAh battery size.
