The Huawei Mate Xs is way better than Xperia XZ, having a score of 91.6 against 73.5. Huawei Mate Xs is a newer cellphone than Xperia XZ, but it is much heavier and incredibly thicker. The Huawei Mate Xs has a bit better processor than Xperia XZ, because it has a higher number of cores (and also faster) and a larger amount of RAM memory.
