Comparison review
The LG Velvet has an overall score of 87.1, which is better than the Xperia XZ's 73.5 overall score. LG Velvet's body is newer and just a little thinner, but also heavier than Xperia XZ. The LG Velvet has a bit better performance than Xperia XZ, because it has a higher number of faster cores and a larger amount of RAM.
LG Velvet features a screen that is very similar to the screen in Xperia XZ, because although the LG Velvet has a just a little lower count of pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a much bigger screen and a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2460px. LG Velvet counts with a way bigger memory to install games and applications than Xperia XZ, because it has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal storage.
The LG Velvet features a little bit better camera than Sony Xperia XZ, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the LG Velvet also has a larger aperture for better low-light captures, a much more megapixels back camera and a larger camera sensor taking higher quality videos and pictures.
LG Velvet has a superior battery duration than Xperia XZ, because it has a 48% larger battery size.
Despite of being the best phone in our comparison, LG Velvet is also the cheapest one.
