Comparison review
The Galaxy Note 3 is slightly better than the Xperia XZ, with an 80.7 score against 73.5. Despite being the best cellphone in this comparison, the Galaxy Note 3 is a noticeably older, a bit heavier and just a little thicker cellphone than Xperia XZ. Galaxy Note 3 features a bit faster CPU than Xperia XZ, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy Note 3 also has more cores (although slower) and an extra graphics processing unit.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with a little more vivid display than Xperia XZ, because although it has a little bit inferior pixel quantity per inch of screen, and they both have exactly the same 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 also counts with a quite larger screen. Sony Xperia XZ captures clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Sony Xperia XZ also has a back-facing camera with a way better 23 mega-pixels resolution, a lot larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a bigger aperture.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with just a bit bigger memory for apps and games than Xperia XZ, because although it has an external memory slot that admits 192 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB more internal memory capacity. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features just a bit longer battery life than Xperia XZ, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity instead of 2900mAh.
Galaxy Note 3 is not only the best devices of the ones in this comparison, but it's also cheaper, which makes it a simple decision.
