Despite being the best phone in this comparison review, the Samsung Galaxy Note3 body is much older, a bit thicker and a little heavier than the Sony Xperia XZ. The Sony Xperia XZ counts with a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Note3, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have the same 1080 x 1920 resolution, the Sony Xperia XZ also counts with a just a bit better count of pixels per screen inch.
The Samsung Galaxy Note3 has a little faster processing unit than Sony Xperia XZ. They have a Quad-Core CPU and 3 GB of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Note3 features a slightly bigger storage for applications and games than Sony Xperia XZ, because although it has a SD memory slot that allows 192 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB more internal storage.
The Galaxy Note3 counts with just a bit longer battery performance than Xperia XZ, because it has a 3200mAh battery size. Xperia XZ captures slightly better photographs and videos than Galaxy Note3, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Xperia XZ also has a way larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a lot more MP back-facing camera and a larger aperture to capture better low light captures and videos.
