Comparison review
The Galaxy S25 has an overall score of 82.6, which is better than Sony Xperia XZ's overall score of 73.5. Galaxy S25 is a much lighter and much thinner phone than Sony Xperia XZ. The Samsung Galaxy S25 counts with a brighter screen than Sony Xperia XZ, because although it has a just a little lower display density, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a larger screen.
The Xperia XZ counts with a much faster processor than Samsung Galaxy S25, although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster) and 5 GB lesser RAM memory. The Galaxy S25 has a greater storage capacity to store more games and applications than Xperia XZ, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage.
The Galaxy S25 counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Sony Xperia XZ, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2900mAh. Samsung Galaxy S25 shoots much better videos and photos than Xperia XZ, because it has a lot better video quality, a larger camera aperture to capture better images and video in low light environments, a camera in the back with a lot higher resolution and a much bigger sensor providing a lot better image quality.
Although Galaxy S25 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Xperia XZ, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xperia XZ. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy S25, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Xperia XZ, giving up a couple specifications.
