Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S6 is much better than the Xperia XZ, getting a general score of 87.4 against 73.5. The Samsung Galaxy S6 design is somewhat thinner and lighter than the Xperia XZ, although it was released about 18 months before. The Samsung Galaxy S6 features a better CPU than Xperia XZ, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also has 4 more processing cores , a 64-bits processor and an additional graphics processor.
Samsung Galaxy S6 has a much more vibrant screen than Sony Xperia XZ, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch of display and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The Xperia XZ captures clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S6, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for capturing photos and video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Xperia XZ also counts with a back facing camera with a much better resolution and a larger camera sensor.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 features more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory capacity. Xperia XZ has a bit longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has a 14% more battery size.
