Xperia 10 III has a score of 83.7, which is better than Xperia XZ's score of 73.5. Although Xperia 10 III is incredibly newer than the Xperia XZ, it's a little thicker and a bit heavier. The Sony Xperia 10 III features a little bit better screen than Sony Xperia XZ, because it has a little higher 1080 x 2520 pixels resolution, a larger screen and a just a bit better pixel density.
Sony Xperia 10 III counts with a bit better processing power than Xperia XZ, because it has more cpu cores and more RAM memory.
