Comparison review
Xiaomi Poco X2 has an overall score of 79.3, which is just a bit better than Xperia XZ's global score of 73.5. Although Xiaomi Poco X2 is newer than Xperia XZ, it is heavier and just a little bit thicker. The Xiaomi Poco X2 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Sony Xperia XZ, because it has 3 GB more RAM memory and a higher number of cores.
Xperia XZ features a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Poco X2, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 1920 resolution and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a bit better count of pixels per inch of display. The Xperia XZ features a better memory capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Poco X2, because although it has just 32 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external SD slot that admits up to 256 GB.
The Xiaomi Poco X2 shoots much better photos and videos than Sony Xperia XZ, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the Xiaomi Poco X2 also has a larger diafragm aperture for better low-light images, a back camera with a way better 64 megapixels resolution and a lot bigger sensor providing a lot higher image quality.
Xiaomi Poco X2 features a much longer battery performance than Xperia XZ, because it has a 55 percent bigger battery size.
