Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro is a little bit better than Xperia XZ, having a 75.7 score against 73.5. Even though the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro is heavier than the Xperia XZ, it's just a bit thinner and also incredibly newer. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has a slightly better looking display than Xperia XZ, because although it has a little lower pixels density, it also counts with a slightly better 1080 x 2400px resolution and a larger screen.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has a bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia XZ, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage. The Sony Xperia XZ has a lot better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, although it has an inferior number of cores (but faster) and a smaller amount of RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro captures better photographs and videos than Xperia XZ, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also has a larger aperture to capture better low light photos and videos, a back camera with lot more megapixels and a way larger back camera sensor shooting much better quality videos and photos.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro counts with a superior battery duration than Xperia XZ, because it has a 5000mAh battery size instead of 2900mAh.
