The HTC U11 has a general score of 77.6, which is a bit better than Xperia XZ1 Compact's score of 74.6. Although the HTC U11 and Xperia XZ1 Compact were released only a couple of months apart, HTC U11's design is somewhat thinner but also heavier. Xperia XZ1 Compact and HTC U11 both count with quite similar CPUs, both have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core processing unit.
HTC U11 features a better display than Xperia XZ1 Compact, because it has a much higher resolution of 1440 x 2560, a way greater display density and a larger display. Xperia XZ1 Compact captures a bit better photographs and videos than HTC U11, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Xperia XZ1 Compact also counts with a back-facing camera with a lot better resolution and a bigger sensor shooting better quality videos and photos.
The HTC U11 has a bigger memory for applications and games than Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that admits 128 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The HTC U11 counts with a bit longer battery performance than Xperia XZ1 Compact, because it has a 3000mAh battery size.
HTC U11 not only is the best phones of the ones we compare here, but it's also by far the cheapest.
