Comparison review

The Moto Z2 Play has an overall score of 77.4, which is a little bit better than Xperia XZ1 Compact's overall score of 74.6. The Moto Z2 Play design is extremely thinner but a bit heavier than the Xperia XZ1 Compact, and they were only released with a couple months difference. Xperia XZ1 Compact features a bit faster CPU than Moto Z2 Play. Both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and 4 GB of RAM memory.

The Moto Z2 Play has a little sharper screen than Xperia XZ1 Compact, because it has a better pixels quantity in each inch of screen, a much higher resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a larger screen. The Xperia XZ1 Compact captures just a bit better videos and photos than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for capturing photos and/or video in low light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Xperia XZ1 Compact also counts with a back camera with a lot higher 19 mega-pixels resolution.

Motorola Moto Z2 Play has a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Xperia XZ1 Compact, because it has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB and more internal memory. Moto Z2 Play features a little longer battery life than Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity against 2700mAh.

In addition to being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, Moto Z2 Play is also very cheap compared to the other ones, making it a great choice.
