The Samsung Galaxy A42 has a global score of 87, which is better than the Xperia XZ1 Compact's 74.6 global score. The Samsung Galaxy A42 is a much newer and just a bit thinner cellphone than Xperia XZ1 Compact, but it's also incredibly heavier. The Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact has a bit better processing unit than Galaxy A42. Both of them have a Octa-Core processor and 4 GB of RAM.
