Comparison review
Xperia PRO is much better than the Xperia XZ1 Compact, getting a 94.3 score against 74.6. Although Xperia PRO is notably newer than Xperia XZ1 Compact, it is just a little thicker and noticeably heavier. Xperia PRO counts with a much sharper display than Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact, because it has a lot larger screen, a much better screen density and a much better resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels.
The Xperia PRO features just a bit better processing power than Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia PRO also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Xperia PRO shoots slightly better photographs and videos than Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact, because although it has a camera with way less MP resolution and a lower video definition, it also counts with a larger camera aperture to capture better photos and videos in low-light environments and a lot bigger sensor which provides a lot better image and video quality.
The Xperia PRO counts with a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Xperia XZ1 Compact, because it has 512 GB internal storage and a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 1 TB. Sony Xperia PRO has a much better battery life than Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Xperia PRO is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xperia XZ1 Compact, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xperia XZ1 Compact. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Xperia PRO, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Xperia XZ1 Compact, giving up some specs and features.
