The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a global score of 82.2, which is much better than the Xperia XZ1 Compact's global score of 74.6. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium's construction is newer than the Xperia XZ1 Compact's, but it's much heavier and incredibly thicker. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a much more vibrant screen than Xperia XZ1 Compact, because it has a bigger display, a way better 2160 x 3840 resolution and a lot higher screen pixels density.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a much bigger storage to install applications and games than Xperia XZ1 Compact, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 400 GB and 64 GB internal storage capacity. The Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a bit faster processing unit than Xperia XZ1 Compact, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
