The Xiaomi Black Shark is slightly better than Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact, having an 80.4 score against 74.6. Although Xiaomi Black Shark and Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact were released only 7 months apart, the Xiaomi Black Shark body is noticeably heavier but just a little thinner than Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact.
Xiaomi Black Shark has a better looking display than Xperia XZ1 Compact, because it has more pixels per inch in the screen, a lot larger screen and a way higher 1080 x 2160 resolution. The Xiaomi Black Shark features a little faster processing unit than Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Black Shark also has more RAM.
Xiaomi Black Shark counts with a better storage to store more games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Black Shark features a really longer battery life than Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 2700mAh.
The Xperia XZ1 Compact has a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Black Shark, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for capturing photographs or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Xperia XZ1 Compact also counts with a way larger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a back camera with a way higher 19 MP resolution.
