Apple iPhone 8 Plus is better than the Xperia XZ2 Compact, having a global score of 87.1 against 79. The Apple iPhone 8 Plus design is somewhat heavier but way thinner than the Xperia XZ2 Compact, and both of them were released with only a couple months difference. The Xperia XZ2 Compact counts with just a bit better screen than iPhone 8 Plus, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit more display brightness, a slightly better 1080 x 2160 resolution and a just a little better number of pixels per inch in the screen.
