Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 6 is just a bit better than the Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, having a global score of 79.1 against 79. Although Asus ROG Phone 6 is notably heavier than the Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, it's somewhat thinner and much newer. Both devices in this comparison review use Android OS (operating system), but the Asus ROG Phone 6 has an older 12 version and Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact has Android 8.0 Oreo.
The Xperia XZ2 Compact has a much better processing power than Asus ROG Phone 6, although it has 12 GB less RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Xperia XZ2 Compact has a bit sharper screen than Asus ROG Phone 6, because although it has a lot smaller display, a lot more opaque display and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2160px, it also counts with a just a little better number of pixels in each inch of display.
Asus ROG Phone 6 has a much bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xperia XZ2 Compact, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage. Asus ROG Phone 6 counts with a much longer battery life than Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact takes much clearer photos and videos than Asus ROG Phone 6, although it has a back camera with much less megapixels.
