Comparison review
Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact has a global score of 79, which is a little bit better than HTC U Ultra's 77 overall score. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact design is newer and a little bit lighter than HTC U Ultra's, although it's also noticeably thicker. Xperia XZ2 Compact counts with a slightly better looking screen than HTC U Ultra, although it has a little smaller screen, a bit lower pixel density and a way worse 1080 x 2160 resolution.
The HTC U Ultra has a much greater storage for games and applications than Xperia XZ2 Compact, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the HTC U Ultra also has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 1,95 TB. Xperia XZ2 Compact has a bit better hardware performance than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Xperia XZ2 Compact also has a greater number of cores (and faster).
HTC U Ultra counts with just a little better battery duration than Xperia XZ2 Compact, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity. Xperia XZ2 Compact takes a little bit better photos and videos than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for capturing images or video in low light situations, and they both have the same video resolution and a 0.43 inches sensor, the Xperia XZ2 Compact also counts with a lot higher resolution back camera and higher 60 frames per second video frame rates.
