Comparison review
Huawei Mate 20 has a score of 79.5, which is just a bit better than Xperia XZ2 Compact's overall score of 79. These phones have Android operating system, but Huawei Mate 20 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Xperia XZ2 Compact has Android 8.0 Oreo. The Huawei Mate 20 construction is heavier but extremely thinner than the Xperia XZ2 Compact, and both of them were released with only a couple of months difference.
Xperia XZ2 Compact features just a bit better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 20. They have a Octa-Core CPU and 4 GB of RAM memory. Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact features a little bit better screen than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a way smaller screen, a bit opaque screen and a little lower 1080 x 2160 resolution, it also counts with a better screen density.

The Huawei Mate 20 counts with a much better battery duration than Xperia XZ2 Compact, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
