Comparison review
LG G7 ThinQ has an overall score of 81, which is just a bit better than Xperia XZ2 Compact's 79 score. LG G7 ThinQ's design is a bit lighter and extremely thinner than the Xperia XZ2 Compact, even though both of them were released with only a few months difference. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but LG G7 ThinQ has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Xperia XZ2 Compact has Android 8.0 Oreo.
LG G7 ThinQ and Xperia XZ2 Compact both count with similar processing units, they have 4 GB of RAM and 8 CPU cores. The LG G7 ThinQ counts with a bit sharper screen than Xperia XZ2 Compact, because it has more brightness, a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels, a bigger display and a bit greater display density.
The LG G7 ThinQ features a very superior storage to store more games and applications than Xperia XZ2 Compact, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the LG G7 ThinQ also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG G7 ThinQ counts with a little longer battery performance than Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
The Xperia XZ2 Compact counts with a bit better camera than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 60 fps video frame rate, the Xperia XZ2 Compact also counts with a more mega pixels camera and a much larger sensor capturing lot better quality videos and photos.
