LG G8 ThinQ has a general score of 84.3, which is a little bit better than Xperia XZ2 Compact's 79 global score. Both phones we are comparing here include Android OS (Operating System), but LG G8 ThinQ has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Xperia XZ2 Compact has Android 8.0 Oreo, providing the user some nice extra features. LG G8 ThinQ's construction is newer, way thinner and just a bit lighter than the Xperia XZ2 Compact.
LG G8 ThinQ has a little bit better screen than Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, because although it has a little bit opaque display, it also counts with a just a little higher pixel amount per inch in the display, a better resolution of 1440 x 3120px and a bigger screen. LG G8 ThinQ has a much better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia XZ2 Compact, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 1,95 TB.
LG G8 ThinQ features a bit better CPU than Xperia XZ2 Compact, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the LG G8 ThinQ also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
