Comparison review
The Galaxy A42 has a general score of 87, which is much better than the Xperia XZ2 Compact's 79 general score. Both devices in this comparison have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy A42 has the older 11 version and Xperia XZ2 Compact has Android 8.0 Oreo. Galaxy A42's construction is notably newer and noticeably thinner, but also heavier than the Xperia XZ2 Compact.
Xperia XZ2 Compact has a bit better processing unit than Galaxy A42. Both have 4 GB of RAM memory and a Octa-Core processing unit. The Xperia XZ2 Compact counts with an incredibly better screen than Samsung Galaxy A42, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a way better count of pixels per inch in the display and a much higher resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels.
