The Xperia XZ2 Compact has a global score of 79, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy M20's 78.9 global score. The Xperia XZ2 Compact is an older and incredibly thicker phone than Galaxy M20, but Sony managed to make it just a bit lighter anyway. Both phones in this comparison use Android OS, but Xperia XZ2 Compact has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version and Galaxy M20 has Android 10 version, so it provides you a couple additional features.

The Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact counts with a better screen than Galaxy M20, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2160px and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit greater screen density. The Galaxy M20 counts with just a bit bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Xperia XZ2 Compact, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Galaxy M20 also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
