Comparison review
Xperia 5 III is much better than Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, having a 90.5 score against 79. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia 5 III has the older 11 version while Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Xperia 5 III is a much newer and noticeably thinner cellphone than the Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, although it's a little heavier.
Xperia XZ2 Compact features a little more vivid screen than Sony Xperia 5 III, because although it has a bit smaller display and a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2160, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per screen inch. Sony Xperia 5 III features a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia XZ2 Compact, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity and an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB.
The Xperia 5 III has just a little better processing power than Xperia XZ2 Compact, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xperia 5 III also has 4 GB more RAM. The Sony Xperia 5 III features a really longer battery duration than Xperia XZ2 Compact, because it has a 57 percent bigger battery capacity.
The Xperia 5 III takes a bit better videos and photos than Xperia XZ2 Compact, because although it has a way less MP resolution camera in the back and a worse video quality, it also counts with a much bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a larger camera aperture to capture better low-light photography.
