Xperia XZ2 Compact has a general score of 79, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro's score of 78.7. The Xperia XZ2 Compact construction is much lighter than Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro, but it is thicker and was released many years before. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but the Xperia XZ2 Compact has the newer 8.0 Oreo version and Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro has Android 12, providing the user a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks.
The Xperia XZ2 Compact has a way better display than Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2160 and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a little greater quantity of pixels in each inch in the display. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact has a much powerful processor than Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cores.
Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro has a better storage to store more games and applications than Xperia XZ2 Compact, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro captures better photographs and videos than Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, because although it has a much tinier camera sensor which gives a much worse photo and video quality, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro also counts with a way higher resolution back facing camera and a larger camera aperture.
Xiaomi Black Shark 5 Pro counts with a much longer battery life than Xperia XZ2 Compact, because it has a 4650mAh battery size.
