Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a general score of 82.2, which is a little bit better than Google Pixel 3's general score of 80. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better phone than Google Pixel 3, it must be noted that it is also notably heavier and incredibly thicker. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a much sharper display than Google Pixel 3, because it has much more pixels per inch of display, a way better 2160 x 3840 resolution and a little bit larger display.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium features a superior memory capacity for games and applications than Google Pixel 3, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has an external SD slot that allows up to 400 GB. Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a bit faster processor than Google Pixel 3, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium takes a bit better photographs and videos than Google Pixel 3, and although they both have the same video frame rate, a F1.8 camera aperture and the same (4K) video quality, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a much higher resolution camera.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium features greater battery duration than Google Pixel 3, because it has 3540mAh of battery capacity.
Although Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Google Pixel 3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Google Pixel 3. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the Google Pixel 3, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your money.
