Xperia XZ2 Premium has a global score of 82.2, which is a bit better than the HTC U Ultra's 77 score. The Xperia XZ2 Premium construction is newer, but incredibly heavier and extremely thicker than HTC U Ultra. Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a lot better looking display than HTC U Ultra, because it has a lot better resolution of 2160 x 3840, a quite larger display and a better pixels density.
Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with just a bit better hardware performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and a larger number of faster cores. HTC U Ultra features a very superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the HTC U Ultra also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium captures clearer pictures and videos than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have a 0.43 inches back-facing camera sensor, a F1.8 aperture, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a camera in the back with much more megapixels.
