Comparison review
The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has an overall score of 82.2, which is a little bit better than Huawei Nova 9's general score of 81. Although it's the best device in this comparison review, Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is a noticeably older, incredibly thicker and noticeably heavier device than Huawei Nova 9.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium has a little bit better processing power than Huawei Nova 9, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores. The Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a way better looking screen than Huawei Nova 9, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 2160 x 3840px and a much better pixel density.
Huawei Nova 9 shoots clearer photos and videos than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for capturing photographs in low-light situations, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Huawei Nova 9 also counts with a lot higher 50 megapixels resolution back camera.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has more storage capacity to install games and applications than Huawei Nova 9, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 400 GB. The Huawei Nova 9 features improved battery lifetime than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has a 21 percent greater battery size.
