Comparison review
The Xperia XZ2 Premium is slightly better than Huawei P30 Lite, having an 82.2 score against 77. Although it's the best device we compare here, Xperia XZ2 Premium's design is heavier and way thicker than the Huawei P30 Lite. The Xperia XZ2 Premium features a way better looking screen than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher 2160 x 3840 pixels resolution and a lot more pixels per display inch.
Huawei P30 Lite has a much bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 512 GB and 64 GB more internal memory capacity. Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with just a bit better performance than Huawei P30 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a better camera than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a back facing camera with lot less mega-pixels and a tinier camera sensor taking less light and washed colors, and they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a bit better battery performance than Huawei P30 Lite, because it has a 3540mAh battery size.
Although Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Huawei P30 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei P30 Lite. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Xperia XZ2 Premium, else you can save some dollars and get the Huawei P30 Lite, giving up a couple features and specifications.
