Comparison review
Xperia XZ2 Premium has a score of 82.2, which is slightly better than LG G5's 76.1 score. The Xperia XZ2 Premium design is much newer than the LG G5's, although it's incredibly heavier and noticeably thicker. Xperia XZ2 Premium has a more vivid display than LG G5, because it has a little bit bigger display, a much better resolution of 2160 x 3840px and a higher screen pixel density.
LG G5 counts with a better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, because although it has only 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a bit faster processing unit than LG G5, because it has 4 more CPU cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has just a bit better camera than LG G5, and although they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a larger sensor capturing better quality photos and a camera in the back with more mega pixels.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with greater battery duration than LG G5, because it has 3540mAh of battery capacity.
Although Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better device, it is way more expensive than the LG G5, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG G5. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Xperia XZ2 Premium, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the LG G5, resigning a couple specs and features.
