Comparison review
Xperia XZ2 Premium is a bit better than Motorola Moto G9 Play, having a score of 82.2 against 76.7. The Xperia XZ2 Premium design is incredibly older, noticeably thicker and heavier than the Motorola Moto G9 Play. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has just a little better performance than Motorola Moto G9 Play, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium has a way better looking display than Moto G9 Play, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher 2160 x 3840 pixels resolution and a much higher screen pixels density. Moto G9 Play has a slightly better camera than Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video quality, the Moto G9 Play also has a back facing camera with lot more MP, higher 60 fps video frame rate, a bigger camera aperture and a much bigger back camera sensor providing a way higher image quality.
Moto G9 Play counts with a little bit better storage for games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Moto G9 Play also has an external memory slot that allows up to 512 GB. Moto G9 Play has a much longer battery duration than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3540mAh.
