Comparison review
The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a global score of 82.2, which is slightly better than OnePlus 7 Pro 5G's score of 79.8. Even being the best device in this comparison review, we must note that it is also older, heavier and notably thicker. Xperia XZ2 Premium features a more vivid display than OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels and a greater amount of pixels per inch of display.
OnePlus 7 Pro 5G features a little better hardware performance than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has a greater amount of RAM. OnePlus 7 Pro 5G features a better camera than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has better video frame rates, a bigger aperture to capture better low-light captures and videos, a way more mega pixels back-facing camera and a bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has a quite bigger storage for games and applications than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage.
