Comparison review
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is a little bit better than OnePlus 8 UW, having an 82.2 score against 75.9. Even though the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better cellphone than OnePlus 8 UW, we must highlight that it is also older, much thicker and way heavier. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a much better screen than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has a little smaller display and less brightness, it also counts with much more pixels per display inch and a much better resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels.
Xperia XZ2 Premium features a quite bigger memory to install games and applications than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 400 GB. The OnePlus 8 UW has a processor that's just as good as Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium's CPU, and although the OnePlus 8 UW has more RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
OnePlus 8 UW takes better photographs and videos than Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have the same video quality and the same diafragm aperture, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a bigger sensor which gives a higher photo and video quality, a back-facing camera with much more mega-pixels and higher 60 frames per second video frame rate.
The OnePlus 8 UW counts with superior battery performance than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.
Xperia XZ2 Premium costs more money than OnePlus 8 UW, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
