Galaxy A51 has a score of 85.5, which is slightly better than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium's 82.2 general score. Galaxy A51 is a newer phone, and it is also much lighter and thinner than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium. Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a little faster processor than Samsung Galaxy A51, and although they both have 8 cores, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has an incredibly better looking display than Galaxy A51, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 2160 x 3840px and way more pixels per inch of screen. Galaxy A51 counts with a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has more internal storage and a SD card slot that admits up to 512 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy A51 has a bit better battery performance than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3540mAh. Galaxy A51 counts with a much better camera than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for taking pictures or videos in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy A51 also counts with a camera in the back with way more megapixels and a larger back camera sensor which provides a higher image and video quality.
