Comparison review
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A6, having a global score of 82.2 against 75.8. Even being the best phone in this review, it must be noted that it's also noticeably heavier and noticeably thicker. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a much more vibrant display than Samsung Galaxy A6, because it has way more pixels per inch in the display, a way higher 2160 x 3840 resolution and a little bit bigger screen.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy A6, and although they both have an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 400 GB, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has 64 GB internal memory. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a quite superior performance than Galaxy A6, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a better camera than Galaxy A6, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not nice for shooting images and/or video in low-light situations, it also counts with a way better (4K) video quality, a larger back-facing camera sensor capturing better quality videos and pictures and a more megapixels back-facing camera.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with superior battery life than Galaxy A6, because it has an 18 percent more battery size.
Although Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy A6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy A6. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy A6, letting go a couple features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
